Volunteer

Your time is one of the most valuable gifts you can offer. Insight Housing was founded by volunteers, and to this day we rely on volunteer support in a variety of programs. Our most consistent opportunity for individuals or small groups is to help serve our weekday Community Meal. A limited number of specialized or larger-scale opportunities also arise throughout the year. Learn more.

Your generosity fuels our work. Monetary donations from individuals and organizations make all our work possible. A one-time gift or a recurring donation ensures we can continue offering these critical services year-round. We accept donations via credit card or ACH here on our website, and we can also accept checks, stock transfers, cryptocurrency, and legacy gifts via bequests or other means. Vote & Advocate

Your voice matters! Strong, pro-housing policies lay the groundwork for much of the impact that Insight Housing brings to the community. You can help shape these policies by registering to vote, staying informed about local and national legislation, and advocating for change by encouraging friends, family, and colleagues to vote alongside you on these issues. Spread the Word

Awareness is key to creating lasting change. Share what you’ve learned about homelessness, our mission, and the stories of those we serve on social media, through your community groups, or even with friends, family, and colleagues in your everyday interactions. Use your voice as a force to expand understanding and dispel myths around homelessness throughout your network. The more people know, the more support we can gather to address homelessness and food insecurity.
