Juanita Carey, Case Manager, Roads Home Contra Costa 

In her time with Berkeley Food & Housing Project, Juanita has demonstrated compassion, perseverance & dedication to the clients she serves, which is reflected by the support she gives her Veterans and a healthy serving of advocacy when they need it the most. Juanita is an infallible support to her teammates, who can always count on her for advice, encouragement, suggestions, or clarification around processes and has become an anchor for the team. She has been instrumental in leading the team’s weekly case conference meeting and demonstrates a strong sense of leadership. Thank you Juanita! 

Rhakeisha Hall, Case Manager, Roads Home Solano 

Rhakeisha has been awesome in her job and her case management skills are above and beyond. Keisha is helpful in all areas. She takes time to show others how things are done and is consistently looking for ways to improve. Her easy-going attitude toward her job is infectious. Keisha has stepped up tremendously this quarter to help with client needs. She has also demonstrated great ability to prioritize, balance her responsibilities and handle new assignments. Rick has consistently delivered high quality work and always has a positive attitude and outlook. He has great ideas that contribute to the results of the Development Department and the overall success of the agency.
