Felecia Neals, Resident Advocate
Felicia has provided services to RSR residents for almost 6 years. Her commitment and focus to our residents is on-going. She is a leader and strong role-model for other RSR team members. She always goes above and beyond and consistently makes suggestions on how to improve programming and services for clients. Also, during critical staffing shortage periods, Felecia is always available to help by taking extra shifts. Thank you for your commitment to our residents, Felecia!

Adam has great leadership qualities and always goes above and beyond in his work. He is committed to our clients, never fails to treat them with respect, and always works hard for them.
