Clifford Graham, Resident Advocate at Dwight Way | Joined in 1996
Clifford loves horses, sports, (his favorite team is the Dallas cowboys), and good food. He is calm, respectful, and passionate about the work he does. He always finds a solution and never says ‘no.’ Our clients all love Clifford, and beating him at Dominoes!
Godwin Olinga, Resident Advocate at Dwight Way | Joined in 2007
Godwin is a hard worker, soft spoke, and very dedicated to the clients he works with. He’s got a heart of gold and his positive energy is always uplifting to clients and fellow staff members alike.
Van Waller, Resident Advocate at Dwight Way | Joined 2009
Van loves cooking, writing, and fishing. In addition to his work at BFHP, he is also an excellent photographer, and loves to capture a good sunset. Van is respectful, reliable, and loves serving the community.
LaVerne Haywood, Housing Services Coordinator, Roads Home | Joined in 2010
Prior to BFHP, LaVerne worked at San Mateo County and the Oakland Housing Authority. She has four children, including a set of fraternal twins. She loves surprises and helping people.
